Welcome
There are five domains that strengthen GEARS as a framework for establishing enterprise automation that is lean and scalable. Identifying how GEARS can help your organization is the first step in starting your automation journey. In this course, you will learn about each domain in the framework and how to implement it in your organization.
GEARS is an acronym comprised of five domains:
- Govern
- Enable
- Adopt
- Run
- Scale
Must Haves When Establishing Your Operation Model
- Successful completion of Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II courses
- Basic knowledge of Workato
- Familiarity with Workato Recipe Lifecycle Management
